Our Story Spans 40+ Years of Excellence
Eye 2 Eye Optical is proud to be a third-generation, family-owned and -operated optical retailer. Our story began with Dr. James Gaustad, OD —affectionately known as “Grandpa Doc”—who did everything from eye exams to eyewear fittings. Then, Dave “The Professor” Gaustad continued the legacy by becoming an ABO Certified Optician and starting his own optical practice, which he ran for more than 20 years. Today, Dave and sons—TJ and Peter Gaustad—operate Eye 2 Eye Optical, building on more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for customer satisfaction.
